Website up and running

Website is now up and running. I've added two code examples. The first shows how to load a Tiled tmx file using SDL and TinyXML. The second shows how to use tolua++ to integrate C++ and LUA and share C++ objects. I hope to upload more examples in the weeks to come, such as Event Management and the Model View Controller.
